Lo Scrigno di Lara is about 90 square meters, obtained from a large stable of the 1700s, and is characterized by a unique environment with 2 original marble columns with vaulted ceilings. The living room, kitchen and bedroom coexist in perfect harmony in the same space. Next to the kitchen there is a mirrored door that gives access to the bathroom obtained in the old tower adjacent to the studio. The walls have been treated while keeping the authentic appearance of the historical space intact.

La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
