Villa surrounded by the Sicilian countryside, in an area inhabited in the spring and summer months. Here you can relax and enjoy freshly picked fruits from the garden. Two kilometers away is the city of Ispica, with supermarkets, restaurants and all services. The villa is located in a strategic area to visit both the Mediterranean coast and the Ionian coast, and in a few minutes reach natural beauties such as the Vendicari reserve and cities of art such as Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Syracuse.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
