The approximately 100-year-old and lovingly renovated house is completely inhabited by nice tenants, except for this small ground floor apartment. Through the rear entrance, the apartment is almost barrier-free, except for an approx. 10 cm step. Behind the house there is a private parking space at your disposal. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Hi, we are Lena & Marcel, and we cordially invite you to relax with the whole family in this accommodation. Our apartment is quietly and comfortably located on the outskirts. Enjoy the modern bathroom, walk-in shower, as well as the bright fully equipped kitchen. The large living room invites you to relax on the couch with Netflix & Xbox. Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und eine Galerie mit Schlafcouch, die durch einen Vorhang als separater Schlaf-Raum nutzbar ist. Voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und Badewanne mit Glasduschwand. Auch für Monteure geeignet.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Pets by arrangement

Carl-Kaiser-Loft II - Solingen, near Ddorf, Cologne

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Ideal for cyclists, business travelers, and others who like it rural: This modern apartment is fully equipped and an ideal starting point for various excursions. Whether by bike in the new node system or by car to the nearby metropolises on the Rhine and Ruhr or across the border to the Netherlands - everything is quickly accessible. In the neighborhood (about 100 m), there is a popular country café and all things of daily use are within about 2 km.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

The apartment is centrally located yet in a pleasant, quiet location – right next to a beautiful park. Features: • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven & microwave • Cozy bedroom with 2 single beds • Living room with comfortable couch that can be converted into a sleeping space for 2 more people if needed (Please inquire in advance about the price and preparation) • A washing machine is available.
