Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Issyk Kul

Wir wurden überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend von dem Angestellten empfangen - es war uns eine richtige Freude, hier Gast gewesen zu sein. Gerne wieder :)

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house area was very spacious with a very cute playground for the kids right on the house's premises. The outside area is well maintained and quite spacious as well with a garden, a lounge area and a dining area. The person managing the place was very responsive via messaging app. The kitchen had most of the utensils one would need for at home cooking. Even though we were staying when the night temperatures were already quite low, there was heating which was great. There is a market across the road which was quite convenient. Overall, great stay for a large family and value for money!

Overall it's a good place to stay. Pros: Clean new house with a responsible and friendly host; Nice beach; Cons: Not very good soundproofing

This house is great for a company of 8 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa, which increases the capacity to 10 people. The road to the ski base "Karakol" takes 20 minutes by car. The house is very comfortable and beautiful. Bermet was always ready to help and suggested great restaurants and shops in the city. I totally recommend staying in this house. Дорога до горнолыжной базы "Каракол" занимает 20 минут на машине. В доме очень уютно и красиво. Бермет всегда была готова помочь и подсказала отличные рестораны и магазины в городе. Я полностью рекомендую проживание в этом доме

We spent 5 days in this wonderful house. We did not anticipate to get so many positive emotions from staying here. The amazing landscape in the yard, the noiseless neighborhood, the clean and neat rooms were really surprising. The reality exceeded all our expectations. Many thanks to the hostess for the pleasant time we had at Cholpon-Ata. We will recommend this guest house to all our friends. The place is very nice. You have everything you need. And Gulnara, the manager, is very attentive and caring, she can bring you anything and help you with anything you may need. The house is clean, comfortable beds. It’s a townhouse, not a stand alone house. However you feel absolutely private and secluded. Bring your own coffee press🙂 Locally, they don’t drink coffee much, they prefer tea. The area is great for children, a lot of facilities for little ones. The lake is amazing! Very clean beach, fantastic swimming, and very romantic! We’ll be back!

Одно из лучших айрнбнб, в которых мы были! Прекрасная локация - до озера сто метров! Красивый интерьер - милые детали, интересная мебель! Есть всё, что необходимо для комфортного проживания! Очаровательное патио - посидеть в кругу семьи! Рядом много маленьких магазинчиков, в которых можно купить молоко или овощи. За более серьёзными покупками нужно ехать в город. Нам очень понравилось! Обязательно вернёмся!

Fantastic place to stay

The apartment was perfect for a three-day vacation in the area. It was directly across from beach access and about a four-block walk from several restaurants. Be mindful, it is on the 4th floor so if you intend to do much drinking this will be a long trip at the end of the night. The host was very helpful to make recommendations and even let us check out a little later than expected. The view is AMAZING. I could not have asked for a better location for my stay.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.

Great stay and great host! We really enjoyed our time and would certainly return!
