Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!
