Extremely comfortable, with large rooms, very pleasant leisure area, very good location and all the necessary infrastructure for the stay. Internet in the whole house, kitchenware, towels, pillows and bedding available. We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — modern, very comfortable, clean and extremely well cared for, with all the items needed for a couple. The decoration really caught our attention, all impeccable. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which made us very comfortable throughout the stay, we feel at home! A special highlight goes to Ohanna, who was super kind, always quick in the answers and very proactive in making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Amamos host at Edinaldo's House and Nil. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, educated people, beautiful waterfalls and signposted trails. We'll be back for sure!

The house is great! Totally spacious and cozy! I spent my birthday with family and the stay was perfect! The house was all clean and had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. They had games available, a projector to watch movies on the outdoor screen, among other things. 10/10 :)

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

We had such an amazing stay in Regina’s penthouse. She was so lovely and communicative. When we arrived she met us at the door and showed us how to use everything within the apartment and the private pool. She sent us so many recommendations on places to go and things to eat! The penthouse itself was GORGEOUS! The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the heated pool overlooking the lagoon. we also were a quick Uber ride away from everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend staying here in you are visiting Rio!
