Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Itacimirim Beach

Although the place is excellent, the owner wanted to unjustly charge us an exorbitant amount for a damage we did not commit. If we hadn't filmed the exit we would probably have to pay unfairly a damage we didn't do. In case you rent, film everything at your entrance and exit so as not to fall into this litany.

The space was well designed, creating a perfect balance between luxury and nature. An environment focused on Nature, it also reveals an interior with impeccably curated furniture. Each suite is a sanctuary of tranquility, with a panoramic view balcony, incredible bathroom, premium trousseau and absolute silence. We used the barbecue and the house has all the items for organizing and using the kitchen + outdoor area. As a plus and not least, Luan was an excellent host, perfect in his recommendations. I highly recommend it. We'll be back in Brief!

We were in a group of 9 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The Val house is large, well decorated and very well cared for. Frente Mar, a very good swimming pool and a 3rd floor offurô. All rooms and upstairs air-conditioned tb room. All Val's employees were very cordial and our stay was perfect! I will return and recommend!

The photos are reliable, I would say the house is even more beautiful. Host Wilson was very helpful and assisted us in all our needs. Quiet place for those seeking peace of mind. Ten out of ten!

Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as you see in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Security is great (facial recognition even to enter the beach). 10 points in everything. We felt like coming back. Ah! Host Washington is great. Dona Ana is an example of a hostess. It responds quickly and always very polite, is attentive and thoughtful of guests and wants us to feel at home. It prepared everything with the smallest details , gave clear instructions on how to get there and what to do, as well as being very attentive to the cleaning of the property, which is something I value very much. It's a cozy space, which accommodates very well. I will certainly come back and say a lot to everyone.

The apartment is simply perfect. The pool area is right in front of the balcony and the condominium is very well maintained. I highly recommend it!

I liked it a lot. Safe condominium, with lots of green area around, good for resting the mind. Apartment with a beautiful external view. Everything is in order inside. The person feels at home. If you want to go out, the place is close to restaurants, markets and the beach, and if you can't go out, you can stay at home without problems, which was my case because of the rainy weather.

Praia do Forte is a wonderful place. The apartment has one of the best locations in Praia do Forte. Everything was as described on the listing. I recommend it. We'll be back for sure.

Host very receptive, good communication. Beautiful, cozy place! Well-equipped Apto has pretty much everything we need. New seafront condominium, nice pool, beach in front of good for bathing! Unica provisa that I have it is with such committee of the condominiums that settles in the area near the barbecue and lives in a panel apart. They are the owners of the space and even the amount of ice to be removed in the machine is controlled. Besides that, I only have to thank Leandro for the excellent receptivity!

Great house and amazing stay. Everything is exactly as advertised. Kitchen with great utensils and well equipped, very comfortable rooms, all with air conditioning, including in the living room. Clean and spotless home. The condominium with a lot of nature and tranquility, with access to the beach, with a wonderful pool and a great playground for children. I always ask for Danilo Host, with almost immediate answers. Top choice of stay.

The house was exactly like in the pictures, very wide and with all the amenities promised. The location was great and comfortably held 12 people. The kitchen was complete and had everything for a great stay. Communication with Jonathan was very fluid and easy, just as the check-in was very quiet.

We went with 14 guests, including the children. The condominium is great, everything is well maintained and beautiful, great for walking and quiet for children to play in the street safely. The house was clean, it has exactly everything you need for a comfortable stay. The space is well divided and at the same time comfortable. The pool area with a table, next to the kitchen and with a delicious lawn, allowed us to enjoy, have a wine and relax while the children had fun. Rose, the house employee, was kind, solicitous, and served us extremely well, her coffee is wonderful! Francisco is also a friendly host who showed availability all the time to make our experience the best possible. We love it!
