Holiday rentals with a patio in Itacimirim

The accommodation is excellent, the apartment is spacious, extremely clean, with very comfortable beds and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. With a 06/08-minute walk, it is possible to reach the waterfront, in addition, I had no difficulty in getting an Uber in the region. Finally, the host is very attentive and easy to communicate with, we felt at home, and we intend to return on another occasion :))

Mariella is an excellent host, always responding when we needed her, as well as recommending places for us to visit. The house is very quiet, and it is very close to the tourist spots and also to the supermarket and pharmacy (very important), we did almost everything on foot. We loved the stay!!!

The Condominium is located near the beach and restaurants very private, so you can walk to them. Modern house with all the amenities, comfortable living space & beautiful kitchen. The place is exactly like the pictures. Next to the beach access trail, a quiet condominium with easy access to the center. We loved the stay!

My stay at Bruno's apartment was just amazing! The location in the Cambolo district is perfect, with everything close by: bakery, grocery, gym and a great variety of restaurants. In addition, it is only 10 minutes from the center of Uber, super accessible. The apartment is located at Rua das Linhas, a main road that facilitates access to the tours – which is great, as the vans pass right at the door to pick up the guests. Place itself is impeccable! Beautifully cared for, air-conditioned in all rooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. All extremely organized and comfortable. The condominium is very familiar and with a lot of children, my son loved it. Without a doubt, it was a great experience and I'm already planning to come back. I recommend it 100%!

A wonderful experience at Jessica's place, an extremely attentive and understanding host since due to my flight schedule I was supposed to check in late, helped us and make it easy to check in without inconvenience. The apartment is as well as the photos, impeccable, with all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stance. Point to highlight is the tranquility of the area and security of the condominium, with quick access and close to bars, restaurants, meters from a beautiful beach. I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house is super spacious and thoughtfully designed — every detail feels fresh and modern, like it’s brand new. The pool was a huge highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better: right next to the beach, and just a short drive to the ferry and historic old town. We even got to experience to a full moon ritual at Corujão Beach Club, which was such a unique and magical experience — definitely something I’ll never forget! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a stylish, well-located getaway with a little something extra. Thank you !

House is exactly as described, or even better. Besides being very beautiful, it is comfortable, clean, cozy, super equipped, and decorated in very good taste. Good location, close to the beach, transportation at the door, very close to the ferry and also close to Centro de Arraial. I confess that before we traveled, my wife and I thought a lot about where to stay, both with regard to the options of stay and places (we were between Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz and Arraial). After the trip, we felt we could not have made a better choice than hosting in Arraial and with the Host Ilma. The chalet we are staying at is beautiful and extremely comfortable, close to the sights of Arraial, drugstores, supermarkets, restaurants, all within a short walk. Arraial d'Ajuda is charming, and for sure the lodging in this chalet collaborated with this impression we had.

I've been a digital nomad for over a year and Luana's little corner is one of the hottest I've been! Brand new house, close to everything and safe place for women. The backyard is delicious, the whole house is well ventilated and well structured. The kitchen is quite new, everything working super well and with enough equipment to cook. The living room in the house is my favorite corner for work. I do everything from home and the internet is very safe. Arraial d'Ajuda became one of my favorite places. <3

The apartment served us in everything, super complete, all the utensils necessary for a great stay, clean bed and bath linens! The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures, very organized, clean and very good taste! The condominium is excellent, with polite and attentive employees. It is very close to Tuperapuan beach and the main complexes of Porto Seguro, as well as a complete supermarket, restaurants, shops... all within 2 and 3 blocks of the condominium. Patrícia is very attentive and pleasant, answers the messages quickly and makes us have a great stay at her apartment!
