Der Ferienbungalow ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der Gastgeber ist gut und schnell zu erreichen, wir haben gute Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Umgebung erhalten. Die Städtchen in der Umgebung sind schön und authentisch. Es war ein erholsamer und gleichzeitig eindrucksvoller Urlaub.

If you seek a retreat with stunning sea views and tranquility, look no further. The host Rosella is very friendly and helpful always provides prompt response and great informations.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zum Strand waren es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Reibungsloser Ablauf beim Check-In sowie Check-out. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich konnte mich so richtig erholen. Kleines Bungalow in einem Pinienwald. Es ist etwas abgelegen von allem aber die Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 min vom Zimmer entfernt. Wer abschalten will, ist dort genau richtig.

Vous rêvez d'une maison sur la plage ? C'est l'endroit rêvé ! La plage est tellement belle que j'ai voulu acheter l'endroit, mais dommage ce n'était pas à vendre. L'accueil faite par le papa typiquement italien a été parfait. Allez-y, vous ne voudrez plus repartir !!!

Barbara is a very polite and helpful lady. She shared with us all the necessary information to where to go, what to do, about the ferry time plans, the restaurant and other facilities near by. She was very professional and proactive as well. The bungalow was cute, very clean and it fit our family's needs for the period of time we booked this form. We definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a low budget house for a family of 4 at a very good price with very good commodities. We strongly recommend this.

Wir haben die 7 Tage in der Maisonette sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist völlig ausreichend für 2 Personen und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Hang, mitten in der Natur. Von der Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Parkplatz wenige Meter entfernt. Toll war, dass man den kleinen, aber schönen Strand zu Fuß, den Hang runter, in 5-10min erreichen konnte. Zugleich ist dies eine schöne Wanderung. Da viele benachbarte Häuser noch nicht bewohnt waren, war es sehr ruhig. Juliet hat bei Fragen (z.B. Strom) sofort per Chat geholfen.

We stayed 4 nights at Stefano’s place, but wish we had booked for 8 or 10‼️. The position of the bungalows is amazing with a 15 to 20 metre walk down a sandy path onto a very private part of an amazing beach with beautiful clear water and clean white sand. There are 2 little supermarkets 5 minutes and 10 minutes walk (mainly along the beach) or you could drive to them in 2 or 3 minutes. Both are well stocked, as is the kitchen, which though small has every appliance you could wish for to cook with. There is an outside verandah (separate for both bungalows) which we ate on every night, enjoying the view over the beach whilst the sun went down. There is a generous communal area in front of the bungalows with deck chairs, sun lounges and umbrellas, which can also be taken down to the beach Additionally, there are paddle boards and a kayak you can also use The house was immaculately clean and Stefano was great with communication and with recommendations re restaurants and things to do. Amazing place very close to Rome. Feels like the middle of the countryside, there are even chickens running about. Quiet and peaceful, yet only walking distance from restaurants and shops. There is a tennis clubs and gym just up the road, too. Easy access to via Appia Antica and to Rome city centre. Very friendly host

Een prachtig en brandschoon verblijf, compleet met zwembad en privéparkeergelegenheid. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Saskia is een attente en vriendelijke gastvrouw, die je meteen welkom laat voelen. Dankzij de ideale ligging kun je gemakkelijk diverse bezienswaardigheden en leuke plekken in de omgeving verkennen.

We loved Sogno Sperduto! It’s a magical place up in the mountains with an amazing view and total peace. The moment we arrived we fell in love. Leontine‘s interior style is wonderful. We felt at home immediately and there wasn’t anything we missed. Leontine is a SUPER host. She really cares about her guests. She answers very quickly and had lots of fantastic recommendations. She welcomed us personally and showed us around. The road up to the house is very bumpy. We didn’t mind. It was adventurous. If you‘re lucky you‘ll meet turtles or wild boars. Il Capanno è una vera chicca, alloggio silenzioso e confortevole. I cugini Sanzio e Milva ci hanno accolto calorosamente lasciandoci anche una buonissima crostata. Ottima comunicazione con Roberto che è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi informazione. Torneremo sicuramente!!!! ❤

Christian ist super zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Die unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen aber perfekt, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte, in 15 min ist man am Meer oder in der Stadt. Kaffeemaschine am Pool, einfache Müllentsorgung, alles top. Katze Zappi begrüßt die Gäste morgens und bei den Hühnern kann man sich frische Eier holen. Gerne wieder!:)

Wir sind begeistert! Allen voran das stets freundliche Personal, das klar kommuniziert, einen Abholservice und Bringdienst vom und zum Hafen anbietet. Das Frühstück ist klasse und vielfältig, die Lodges individuell und sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ein Eiland, in das man nach den Ausflügen auf der Insel gerne nach Hause kommt. In der Nähe gibt es einen tollen Strand, der über 179 Treppenstufen erreichbar ist und gleichzeitig hat die Anlage einen tollen Pool zum Entspannen, Lesen, Dösen. Ach ja: der Supermarkt, die Café-Bar etc. in der Nähe. Procida, wir werden Dich vermissen, danke Francesco für den Tipp!!!

Prachtig privé verblijf met belachelijk mooi uitzicht. Jammer dat we weer door moesten. Would recommend!
