Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Italy

There are no words to describe the kindness and helpfulness of Mrs. Maria Teresa; a wonderful creature who loves animals as most people should. The structure is absolutely perfect for what my needs were. Very clean, very comfortable mattresses, complete with everything you needed (from detergent to extra virgin olive oil made by them), including a beach umbrella, beach towels and even new slippers for the whole family. What can I say, people should take an example from this girl on how to run a B&B. I hope to return as soon as possible. 💛

This beautiful home truly is a little paradise nestled into the quiet Sicilian countryside. Martina and her family are very generous and welcoming and we were able to cook dinner using vegetables from the garden on several occasions. The pool is very refreshing and there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun amongst the lemon trees and olive grove. The home itself has everything you need, including a very comfy bed and the outdoor covered area was ideal for enjoying meals in the natural surroundings. This is the perfect air BnB for dog lovers, and we loved spending time with the amazing Duchessa and her puppy! We hope to return soon :)

Simply a corner of paradise, the perfect refuge to recharge and take a break from the stress of city life. The house is a gem, finely furnished and complete with all the comforts indicated in the listing, impeccable cleanliness. Stefano and Elena are excellent hosts, present and available without ever being intrusive, with their small attentions they make you feel at home. Thanks also to Giulia for the excellent welcome.

Giorgia & Riccardo were fantastic hosts and were truly helpful when I needed anything- especially their dining recs. The location is perfect yet super private and made me feel like a local with my own hidden getaway. Will definitely return.

Nice place right in the old town

We have just had a lovely week at Rosa place. Rosa has been so helpful with tips and recommendations. Her apartment is very central in the old town and getting about was easy . The apartment was lovely, once you had got up the 80 steps but a jacuzzi bath to soak tired bones and feet made it worth while.🤩. There are plenty of lovely eating place close by and you are not too far from the airport. Rosas place us an excellent place to stay in Naples

It was beautiful and a great way to end our honeymoon. She connected us to a massage therapist. It was great.

Check in was simple and only took a few minutes. Many attractions and great places to eat & drink are a short walk away, as are trains & buses. Between those visits we relaxed on the deck enjoying the fabulous views. We are so pleased we stayed here!

Anna is very professional, accommodating, responsive, very well decorated apartment with a lot of taste, very quiet environment, with a superb view of the lake from the terrace with a lot of stairs to climb, only small downside, quite difficult access by motorcycle to get there. I don't know what to say, should I talk about the apartment or the beautiful and wonderful lady that we meet ... but what I experienced in this apartment, I had never felt before. I felt comfort, beauty and imagination that I had never felt before at all... Will I repeat the experience? Yes, 100%.

Great stay, everything is in walking distance 5 minutes to busses and trains. Apartment was beautiful loved sitting outside in the courtyard. Eugenia was super helpful and friendly, definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Our first time in Rome, & we definitely lucked out on choosing to stay here. The location is superb with all of Romes attractions within 20 mins walk. For being so central the apartment is so peacefully quiet. Honestly this is one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in, & we have been fortunate to stay in some great places. We had the most incredible stay. The apartment was beautiful, the view was stunning, we were within walking distance of everything. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was very special.
