It has 3 bedrooms, two en-suites, plus two bathrooms, and an external bedroom with 1 double bed and another single bed, all with air-conditioning, a 9x6 meter swimming pool, with a deck, and other accessories. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecues, American counter, table in gourmet area with access to pool. 12 People

Há ainda 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo. Fica a 15 min a pé até a praia do Porto da Barra e ao Campo Grande e 20 min até o Farol da Barra. Tem rede na sala, cozinha com o básico, máquina de lavar roupa e vaga na garagem. O apto é simples e aos poucos estamos melhorando para poder receber melhor nossos convidados!

As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.
