Close to great restaurants and beautiful scenery. You'll love my place because of the view, the ambiance, and the people. My space is good for couples, business travelers, families, and groups of friends.

The building has a swimming pool and fitness room that can be used by guests at no additional cost. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Cozy studio!

Our condo is new, in a very prime location, and we have a small grocery store inside our condo. We located in front of Corsário beach, near Piatã beach. Next to us is the restaurant A Porteira and on the other a delicatéssen. On our street we have three good restaurants. In Frete, we have a mini mall with a pharmacy, snack bars and Burger King. The Convention Center, where the turn of the show takes place, in addition to several congresses is 1.2 km from our condominium
