It has 3 bedrooms, two en-suites, plus two bathrooms, and an external bedroom with 1 double bed and another single bed, all with air-conditioning, a 9x6 meter swimming pool, with a deck, and other accessories. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, barbecues, American counter, table in gourmet area with access to pool. 12 People

As for the house, it is very airy and incredibly ventilated (total spring), close to the beach. Cacha Pregos beach has still waters (like a swimming pool), ideal for children and the elderly. The house is located 200 meters from the beach, approximately 3 minutes on foot.

An old townhouse in the most charming neighborhood of Salvador. The house is spacious and has two bedrooms and a living room. One of the rooms (which we use as an office) is absolutely new and has a splendid view of the Bay of All Saints. New fridge and stove. It is noteworthy that we are in a residential area and that parties/ events are not allowed in the house.
