Stay 4 minutes from the bohemian Rio Vermelho and 10 minutes from the carnival circuit (by car). Note: We have a mini-crib, bathtub and changing table for infants.

Nosso condomínio é novo, com uma localização muito privilegiada, temos um mercadinho dentro do nosso condomínio. Ficamos em frente a praia de Corsário, próximo à praia de Piatã. Ao nosso lado está o restaurante A Porteira e do outro uma delicatéssen. Na nossa rua temos três bons restaurantes. Em frete temos um mini shopping com farmácia, lanchonetes e Burguer King. O Centro de Convenções, onde acontece o show da virada, além de diversos congressos fica há 1,2 km do nosso condomínio
