You will love Meia Praia even more by staying in this beautiful apartment, which is super spacious (150m2), quiet and brand new just for you, with minimalist decor and clean colors. A few meters from the sea (only 2 blocks), and at the same time away from the noise, is the perfect combination of convenience and quiet, because it has everything you need and is still close to: pharmacies (40m), supermarkets (50m), bakeries (70m), pizzerias (100m) and fast-food (Burger King 150m, McDonalds 200m).

In the central area of Meia Praia, a building facing the sea (side apartment). Close to bars, shopping, restaurants and pharmacies. It has a barbecue, internet, garage, 2 bedrooms (01 en-suite with a double bed) and 2 single beds, 01 social bathroom, fully furnished apartment and full kitchen. Bath towels and bed linens. We don't have umbrellas and chairs, but you can rent them from a kiosk in front of the apartment :) NOTE: there is currently a nearby construction project in progress.

Good evening, from our arrival to our departure we feel very well served by Patrícia, both to answer the doubts both to assist us and to show things about the ap at the time at check-in. When we arrived at the flat was exactly what was in the picture, everything impeccable, super clean and organized. Great location very close to the beach really. The building is the super secure garage. We get many well-located. Highly recommend. We just have to say thank you.

Front Sea View Apartment - ITAPEMA - SC - Brazil

The AP is in a very quiet place, foot in the sand. The sea view is wonderful, a beautiful (closed) balcony of glass. All rooms have air conditioning. The building is located for those who really want to rest and want peace of mind. It left a little to be desired in the matter of beach materials, vide chairs (reclining beach chair has enough, high chair is missing) and sand bag (this one does not have). Of the rest, it is complete. The caretaker is very attentive, willing, explains everything right, dear. As we traveled from afar, we ended up arriving just before the time (it was difficult to set the exact time of arrival), and still allowed the entrance. Back on site, for sure.

everything is amazing, wonderful place, the view is incredible, the apartment has everything we need, the only thing I missed was the air conditioning, it's not cooling, I don't know if it's because the settings are in English, even the temperature, other than that, it's incredible

the place is perfect, close to the sea but on the main street that is beautiful, has everything, restaurants, pizzeria, drugstores, supermarkets, shops of grif... the apt is great, quiet, spacious, clean, pleasant. Wonderful stay, I recommend.
