We loved the place! Very well located, very spacious, very clean and close to everything! We will definitely come back more often.

It is an ideal dpto for a couple who wants to stay and enjoy the always beautiful Itapema. We felt very comfortable with almost the same amenities that you have in your own home. Being so walking distance to the beach avoids excessive movement of objects. The well-equipped kitchen, especially for those who prefer to eat at home. The host was very kind and friendly with very clear and fluid communication.

Excellent stay, perfect property as described. I would like to highlight and record here the exceptional service of the team and especially of Mrs. Mara, a highlight in service.

The Bruna apartment is in an excellent location in front of Itapema beach and close to all services. The apartment matches the description and photos of the listing. Bruna is a great host as well as Fátima that was super-loved and available throughout the period we have been staying. We recommend this home in Itapema.

Santiago accompanied us from the moment of booking, was available and always very kind. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. It was clean, fragrant, comfortable beds, great showers. Barbecue and grill. If you insist on TV, there is only one in the living room with a weak signal of open channels. Building with direct access to the beach! I recommend and intend to return :)

Our stay in Andorinha Itapema was simply wonderful! The apartment is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, with a magnificent location. It has everything you may need for a comfortable stay — there are 3 very well-equipped suites with an amazing view. The town is close to everything: beach, supermarket, gym, pharmacy, restaurants… all accessible just a few minutes away. Host Cristiano was super attentive and kind, always available for any need. Mrs. Edna, who takes care of the apartment and hands over the keys, was also extremely kind and helpful at all times. My family and I are extremely grateful for Cristiano and, of course, we will be delighted to be staying here again. Dou 10 stars!

Wonderful place, access to the sea and close to everything! Our stay was very good, very spacious parking which is difficult to find in the region, excellent sunrise, a spectacle to be experienced! Quiet and safe place, I highly recommend it... We will definitely be back!!

Great location, all impeccable, Jaime very attentive and helpful, excellent apartment and a breathtaking view. Just note that there is no parking, the car is in front of the building on the street. All very good.

Perfect accommodation! Stand in the sand for real! A lot of convenience for those who want to enjoy quiet days. Complete apt! Items of utensils, beach items, BBQ items! Our stay was perfect! At another opportunity we will definitely return!

Cozy atmosphere, with everything you need to spend wonderful days, Mr. Avelino promptly received us and guided us through the apartment at check-in. Showing us everything we would need. Everything was very clean and organized. Helping us with the extra parking space we needed. We'll definitely be back in the next few years.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. Very good location, full apartment, full kitchen utensils too, which helped us a lot in the accommodation. Flexibility for entry helped us a lot, 24-hour concierge. Air conditioning and fan in all rooms! Impeccable cleanliness, good bed and bath linens. I highly recommend it
