In 2026, come and enjoy Itapema beach and relax in this quiet accommodation in a family atmosphere. This house accommodates 6 people with all the comforts and is just minutes away from the beach, the waterfall, the mountain and all the essential services you may need such as: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, hospital, etc. This neighborhood is also very close to Balneário Camboriú, in addition to having an alternative road there without having to go through the BR.
