House holiday rentals in Itapema

The house is great! The bedroom and living room splits work perfectly (which was very relevant, given the warmth that was the week we were there). Everything is rich and well cared for. The pool area and the kiosk are stunning and have a barbecue. Bakery, Havana, supermarkets and many other nearby shops. Confess that our goal was to enjoy the family and the pool, so we didn't even go out much. But you can walk to the beach (house on the other side of the BR, but it has access to the side of the sea very close). It's really worth it!!!

Very good location, close to market,beach,bakery,shops, in short, the way it is described is the place. Next house a green area. Many even 10 wonderful days....

we were surprised by the house , much better in the photos, smelly and super clean, Osvaldo and his very friendly and receptive wife, we felt at home, all the necessary utensils and close to the market and some restaurants, we had a wedding at the Villa sonali inn and was super close, a quiet and very pleasant place!

Very comfortable and spacious home. The view is incredible. Best place to watch the year-end fireworks.

Improve further: Rejane was definitely the best host I've ever had! Think of a kind person, who really cares for your well-being in the house and cared about every detail! We went to a group of 10 girls to celebrate our friend Py's bachelorette party, and Rejane turned the weekend into one of the most special of our lives! She left flower arrangement, a cupcake to welcome us, the extremely clean home, separate and smelling bedding, and the house itself is wonderful!!! It's a real paradise! Extremely cozy and equipped, with a breathtaking view, super easy to reach, no noises around and extremely safe! I recommend it with my eyes closed! The house is wonderful, and Rejane is a rare hostess — caring, careful and extremely dedicated. An experience that will be forever marked in our hearts!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Figueira! The house is simply a dream, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The spaces are large and airy. The outdoor area is spectacular, with a perfect barbecue to prepare outdoor meals and the spa-like swimming pool - it was the ideal place to relax and celebrate my birthday. The weekend was perfect and they exceeded all our expectations! Victor, the host, was exceptional! Always very attentive, he made our experience even more special. All our questions were answered quickly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We recommend Casa da Figueira to all who want a unique and relaxing experience. We can't wait to return to this charming place! Thank you, Victor, for making my birthday so memorable!

A pleasure to stay in this house! Super cozy, family-friendly, comfortable, one of the few houses left in Itapema in front of so many buildings. Irmgard treated us very kindly and was always attentive to anything. Close to downtown, the Kotch supermarket... close to the sea.

It was perfect, I loved the house was all clean smelling towels, smelling bedding, I felt like in my house , everything I needed to talk to Rafael, I always answered quickly, I just have to thank for everything was . If all goes well I'll be back soon.

Great house, a beautiful house, super quiet place, super quiet access to go to the beach. The hosts are great people. I'm sure if we go back to Itapema I'll look for this house again.

Fabrício very helpful responded with agility to everything we need. The house with great space we went in 8 people and super met our needs. Parking for vehicles not needing to leave your car on the street, it certainly makes it easy. Near the quiet local beach.

The stay was impeccable from start to finish. The place is better than in the photos, spacious, everything clean, had everything we needed and more. Two large air conditioners, in the bedroom and in the living room, a positive point that in the summer to leave the whole house cool. The bedroom bed is huge and super comfortable, we did not want to leave there kk, the super-equipped kitchen, working internet, TV, the living room sofa also large, clean and large bathroom, shower with hot water. Ester's mother who received us, super sweetheart, were willing to give us any questions. I recommend super to those looking for a quiet, quiet and comfortable place.

Rafael great host, responded quickly and was always available and communication always very kindly. The house is wonderful well-equipped with furniture, appliances and utensils. Quiet place close to the beach and restaurants markets. It had everything we needed, we loved spending the days there in the house. I highly recommend it.

Gilmara and her super helpful husband, everything I needed was in hand, a beautiful house, everything very clean , air-conditioned in all the rooms , everything very perfect, but there is a stye in the neighborhood that at 5 pm until 10 pm a smell of manure , you could not use the pool or barbecue.
