Perfect house, our family enjoyed the lodging a lot, around it has restaurants and market and the beach is very quiet. We will definitely count.

The house is great! The bedroom and living room splits work perfectly (which was very relevant, given the warmth that was the week we were there). Everything is rich and well cared for. The pool area and the kiosk are stunning and have a barbecue. Bakery, Havana, supermarkets and many other nearby shops. Confess that our goal was to enjoy the family and the pool, so we didn't even go out much. But you can walk to the beach (house on the other side of the BR, but it has access to the side of the sea very close). It's really worth it!!!

Improve further: Rejane was definitely the best host I've ever had! Think of a kind person, who really cares for your well-being in the house and cared about every detail! We went to a group of 10 girls to celebrate our friend Py's bachelorette party, and Rejane turned the weekend into one of the most special of our lives! She left flower arrangement, a cupcake to welcome us, the extremely clean home, separate and smelling bedding, and the house itself is wonderful!!! It's a real paradise! Extremely cozy and equipped, with a breathtaking view, super easy to reach, no noises around and extremely safe! I recommend it with my eyes closed! The house is wonderful, and Rejane is a rare hostess — caring, careful and extremely dedicated. An experience that will be forever marked in our hearts!

They were perfect days at the Yellow house the house is close to the beach, you can walk with peace of mind.Counts with everything we need to have quiet days, bathing and bedding, clean and smelling. Good vehicles, good air conditioning. Beautifully cared for,clean and smelt house. Many children's toys have fun during their stay,my granddaughter loved it. A great home to stay.

It surpassed my expectations. I liked the attention to the details of the finishes and ambient lighting. Good distribution of the nautical sofas and the sea view is charming. I liked the size of the bathing area of the suite, I think about even doing it the same. The cleanliness of the jacuzzi could be of particular attention. The Host very helpful and available all the time, excellent service.

It was an amazing stay. Tassia and Sandra were always available and provided us with all the necessary information. They helped us when we needed it and were very kind and always available. We'll be back soon for sure!!

A great house to stay at! We had a problem with another accommodation, and we needed to find a quick one already almost 11 p.m., and Vitalino answered us, and accepted our request quickly. The house is impeccable, it has EVERYTHING you need, clean place, well organized, identical to what was advertised. The host is helpful and responds quickly, I certainly recommend it, and I will return more often to stay in the same place!

The place is very nice, the view is amazing the apartment is extremely complete, many things are already included , I think that could be passed on as soon as the location confirmed, as it helps a lot in knowing all that has, the disposition and yes, there are many. Everything was perfect, the only detail is the "water" exit from the neighborhood that leaves right in the harness of the beach right in front of it and sometimes it was possible to smell it, but nothing that would get in the way of the experience. An extremely positive point are password locks, without having to worry about carrying keys together or at risk of losing, this made it very easy to be with my family and they can enter or leave at any time. Now there is only longing for the view every morning.

We love the stay, impeccable, brand new apartment, very complete, close to the Russi Russi, near the beach, super spacious garages, excellent beach kit, very spacious the super good apartment for 12 people. Edison and Giovnni's always very helpful!

Everything is very good, all the amenities, everything you can imagine you need for your comforts you have... very good location (one block from the beach). I would definitely come back...

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Bernara was an unusual host, very welcoming, friendly, flexible and extremely pleasant. Your location is exactly like in the photos, a large apartment, very well located and with everything you need to feel at home, is an excellent option for a large family. There is absolutely nothing missing in the house (it has all the kitchen utensils, air fryer, pots, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer...). Super comfortable, with bed linen and towels available (which was essential because we went by plane), wonderful sunrise view, restaurants and bakeries nearby, as well as a full barbecue area. We had an unforeseen event with one of the doors and Onesio promptly resolved it. The house is well maintained and has new appliances, our group enjoyed it a lot and we would definitely come back. It is also worth noting that Onesio made our check-in and check-out times more flexible!

The apartment like the photos, very organized and cozy, the view is great for the beach, it's close to everything(market, pharmacy, restaurants and shopping) I will definitely be renting with Sandra again

Excellent accommodation, a very quiet place with a very new, clean and organized apartment. Guilherme was very helpful, very proactive and kind. The view from the terrace is a spectacle in itself.

Wow...what a wonderful place...we love it. I'll be back more often. It seems that we are sleeping on the sea... it is so beautiful, and so close to the sea. Large, pleasant place, we simply love it.
