Access to this unit is through a shared corridor, which passes in front of the other two studio apartments. Only the hallway is in common use; each accommodation is independent. Approx. 800 meters from the beach. Visitors and pets are not allowed. We don't have a garage. There's a camera at the gate entrance. We do not provide bed linens or bath towels. This is a totally independent house, located 100 meters from the beach, safe, easily accessible and with an excellent location. The house is at street level and has no stairs. It's very cool and the room has air conditioning. We have a private and covered garage, in front of the property. The guest will be very well received with courtesies (mineral water, coffee and biscuit). And we have a differential: The TV (42") has a BOX of channels, series and movies released.
