Matheus was super attentive from the moment he was still in doubt about the reservation, a place identical to the announced photos, without taking it for anything. Super clean and well maintained environment, bed linens and bathrooms. My family and I felt at home! The place is easy access, surrounded by restaurants and snack bars, with markets a 3-minute walk away. It has a 3 minute walk beach as well, great for walking. The best known beaches of Marataízes are about 20 minutes by car, which was great for me because I was able to get to know it without problems. We stayed 4 days on a holiday weekend and everything was great, note 10! For sure if I return to Marataízes and region will be the first place I will look for to spend the period.

The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

Casa top, all new, including furniture. The site has everything needed for a beach tour. The house has a beach chair, trolley and all kitchen utensils. Very quiet place and close to the beaches. It has an electronic gate, parking spaces and BBQ space. It surpassed the expectations.
