House in Marataizes, near the beaches of Iriri and Guarapari. Comfortable and safe space. Close to the square, bank, pizzeria, and market. There are 5 large suites with double beds/bunk beds. All with independent entrances. The house also has a kitchen equipped with utensils/appliances, a social bathroom, a leisure area with a barbecue/wood stove, a service area, as well as a terrace with a small bar. Garage for 3 passenger cars. Vacation with tranquility, comfort! We provide bed and bath linens.
