Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

The accommodation is great, in a great location, in quiet and quiet streets. Communication with Adriane was very quiet, and she even offered to stay another day as we took a few days of rain... The house is great and super served for us that we were in 5, but it would fit up to 8 with the mattresses that left... I recommend to everyone who wants a place with great cost benefit in São francisco ;)

Danielle was very solicitous, friendly and responsible from the outset. The accommodation surprised us positively because the common areas are very large. The only thing we missed was a ceiling fan in the bunk room, yet there was a floor fan that helped us well. It would definitely come back more often because the accommodation was great and the price was to our liking as well.

Mr. Sherman's place is fantastic, all very well organized. Table and bath linen helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normal, very well equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman's attention, always quick to answer the messages and answer questions. Indico for everyone his house, we have nothing to complain about! I hope I can rent more often. Remember that there are 5 suites, super difficult to find a house or apartment like this. Each one with its bedroom and its bathroom is wonderful. For those looking for a beautiful place for rest and comfort, Refugio is the place. Beautiful and clean house, comfortable beds, new good quality bed and bath linens, clean and smelling, clean bathrooms, good showers, full kitchen, household and electrical goods working perfectly, crockery,cutlery, platters, pans to prepare meals ,oven and wood stove, I even made bread and cake . Decoration is gorgeous and exterior part wonderful with rivers and kills around and ample space for hiking and enjoying nature. The trails on the property were a differential , we made in families with young, old and even 1 baby. It was very cool. Carlos, the host from the first extremely kind contact,answered quickly, asked questions,gave suggestions to make better use of the place and was very flexible to check-in and checkout times. Upon arriving there was a basket of complimentary green corn and a msg of affection. We feel welcome, important and at home at Refugio. We will definitely return.

We loved the house, we were in 4 old couples, it was the best choice, big house, great rooms, everything working perfectly, everything very practical, the sea view is spectacular from the bedrooms and the living room!!! Your Tito was a love every day we need 🙏🙏 We are sure to return soon

Good and second time we stay in a wonderful apartment, everything clean, everything smells good, people feel at home there, everything close to the beach, restaurant, shop, market, you can do everything in the apartment... we will definitely be back soon.

Marcos and family are very receptive and attentive , house like the advertised. I quoted two points to improve the milestones that is the staircase, which should have a guard, as it is narrow and high, and if the pool was heated it would be even better! But the house is very good, clean and a quiet place. I've referred it to several people and no doubt we'll be back.

Very good place, great location, amazing view. I recommend it! It was only missing to warn that it was necessary to bring bedding, pillow cases and towels.
