The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

This was the second time we stayed at Saulo's place, and the first time in this accommodation. The experience was great, just like the other time. The house is exactly like the photos and was very well thought out. We really enjoyed the gourmet space of the barbecue, it's great and close to the pool. There is a great and safe space for the dogs, we are very comfortable letting them loose. This time we rented it together with the other house that Saulo has available on the same land. If rented separately, you have total privacy. But when we rent them together, we have more space and easy access between them. It was perfect! Saulo and Dulcineia are the icing on the cake of the accommodation. Very helpful, they give treats, tips and a lot of sympathy. We will definitely go back again and again.

Núbia is very solicitous and attentive. We love the place. The photos look smaller than the hall. Small items needed maintenance and Nubia was willing to settle during our stay, but we didn't think it was necessary. It did not disturb us in our stay. This further showed your attention to us. Tudos we needed had on-site. Piscina the service provider came early to clean. Unspeakable. As in the description, the guest brick house does not have access and Nubia warned us that someone could access the house, but that it would not bother us and we would not see. In fact, someone accessed the house and didn't bother us. We want to come back more often.

Our stay was wonderful, we went to a nearby wedding and the location was perfect, has a big market in 10min by car The house is huge, with super comfortable accommodations and is bigger than in the photos, in addition to having everything we need. Nearly all the rooms had a double bed, accommodating everyone in great comfort. The pool was amazing, it had hydromassage and it was beautiful Patrícia was super solicitous, advanced our check in, helped us find another iron to pass and respond quickly. The house was clean and we were very welcome. Highly recommend!!

I took a business trip and would stay at this place again. Apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, has all the basic amenities, was quite clean, the shower is great. I note that the bedroom does not have air conditioning, only the living room. It is located in the center of Campinas but there is a lot of commerce in the surroundings, so it did not seem like a dangerous area. Dia supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, gym, all within walking distance. The building has a gym but it is extremely basic and has bad equipment, I recommend using the neighborhood gym that has a promotional price for those who are on Airbnb. Easy to communicate with the hosts.

My second home! It's definitely the place I'll stay until the end of my master's degree. The apartment is excellent, complete! It is spacious, airy, and comfortable. The condominium is wonderful, safe and very close to everything I need. Maria is a sweetheart! Very attentive.
