Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in São Paulo

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run freely on the grass outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

We were delighted with the house! Sleeping to the sound of the sea was one of the best experiences of the trip - something that, personally, is even more amazing than the photos show. The house is extremely clean, cozy and well cared for. We were warmly welcomed by Rafael and Lu, who were super attentive and friendly. Francisco was also incredible: from the first contact, he was always helpful and even sent us several tips on what to do in the region. But I confess that we could hardly leave the house - we were so enchanted with the place that we just wanted to enjoy the view. I'm already counting the days to go back, and next time I want to explore all of Francisco's tips! Our little dog also had a blast at the beach. It was an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole plot itself is a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

We went on our honeymoon, I couldn't have chosen better accommodation than this, we loved the days we spent there, and we will definitely return, Glenda is very kind and helpful, a thousand thanks, thank you very much Glenda, I will return soon.

Cláudio and Clarice are great hosts, very polite and attentive, we love the house, very comfortable and cozy, the house is well located, there is plenty of domestic space to be used, I was very well received, I felt at home and I will certainly return more often.

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply amazing. The Ap is exactly as listed, clean and very cozy. The very clear and easy check-in information and the hosts were very attentive extending a little more our checkout and baggage!

The environment is really as described in the advertisement (cozy, beautiful and organized). The host responded quickly and clarified all our doubts. The concierge team is also very helpful, attentive and kind. Regarding the neighborhood's safety... there are many homeless people and drug users scattered around the square (something common in any Brazilian state), but just be cautious and don't fool around. Finally, the stay was good and I would possibly stay in the same place again.

I indicate without fear of making a mistake. All very perfect! We love and we will return without fear.

The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet place, easy to access. A lot of activity in the region, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

Our choice for family accommodation was spot on! The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Marcos is very attentive, and the few questions I had were answered immediately. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated and you don't hear any noise. The location is perfect and with access to several shops nearby, including the mall. A single detail is the parking space, which is a little complicated to maneuver for those with a large car, but Marcos warned me at the time of booking. I will definitely return at other times.
