This 2-story building is about 9km from Fukuoka Airport and 7km from Hakata Station. Located within a 10-minute walk from Meijima Station on the Nishitetsu Suetsugu Line. However, in the room, the sound of freight trains passing by can occasionally be heard late at night. May not be suitable for guests who are quite sensitive to sound. For public transportation, transfer once from Hakata Station and Tenjin Station. If you drive, you can reach it in about 15 minutes if there is no traffic jam. The house is opposite the Doiragawa River, and you can take a short walk to see the sea view. The wide view of the river and sea is breathtaking. This spacious single-family home can accommodate 2 to 8 people and is suitable for family travel. Convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance, and are also suitable for medium and long-term stays. The ground floor has a living room, a room, a dining area, a toilet and a bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms with beds and a bathroom. The first floor and the room have two tatami beds, the second floor bed can sleep 6 people, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. This is a modern Japanese-style house newly built in January 2024. 2 minutes on foot from the station (airport line), and 5 minutes on foot to the sea, hot springs, and shopping center. You can also enjoy leisure and sports (golf, marine sports, hiking, and touring). Limited to one group per day, so you can use all the space. Right in front of it is Nijii-no-Matsubara, one of Japan's top three Matsubara pine forests. You can also walk to the beach through the pine forest or enjoy cycling. We also support long-term stays. This is a brand new accommodation that will start in 2025 during Golden Week. The "Oguchi Coast", which is also a surfing spot, is right in front of you. There are no private houses around, and it is a quiet place surrounded by the beautiful sea and mountains of Itoshima, so you can have a relaxing and special time. The 1st floor is a surf shop and the 2nd floor is a lodging, so It's a great place to swim, surf, SUP, and fish. Also great for surfing camps. The surf shop staff on the 1st floor can advise you on the appropriate surfing spots for the day, and there is also a surf guide (for a fee) and a school (for a fee). We also have rental boards and surfing & SUP schools, so even those who don't have equipment can easily experience it. There are 2 outdoor shower rooms. The indoor bath can be entered directly from the outside. You can also spend a relaxing time on the adjacent terrace. The kitchen system is also fully equipped. There is also a direct sales store nearby, so you can bring your own fresh ingredients and seasonings from Itoshima and cook them. Free parking is available.
