Villa holiday rentals in Itzehoe

Our expectation was to experience some quietness. Our vacation happened out-of-season. Most Neighbour houses were empty. From this appartment we had a view to the ocean. This was very nice in February when it was cold, windy and rainy outside. The lighting in the living room is both bright if needed and cozy if wanted. - The WiFi was fast and stable. We didn't experience any interrupt within the whole week and had a download speed of about 10 Megabyte/Second. For people who want to work in homeoffice from somewhere else i'd recommend this any time. - The TV is ok. There are two short HDMI cables connected. The TV is mounted in a way that you can't really attach your own cables. If you want to connect e.g. your Laptop to the TV while sitting on the couch you should bring an HDMI extender. - The Kitchen is extraordinarily good equipped. We didn't use most of it. The only thing i couldn't find was a blender when i wanted to make a banana shake. 10/10 recommended

A cozy place with nice decor and everything you need at home. A functional, small sauna.

We had booked the place with three other families over New Year's Eve. Check-in was relaxed, as was the check out. Unfortunately, the accommodation was really very cold or completely chilled the first time - it took well over an hour for everything to be so warm that you no longer froze in general. This was especially uncomfortable for the very little guests and the crawling child. If necessary, the heaters were also turned down unconsciously by the previous tenant or cleaning column. Otherwise, everyone was satisfied. The kitchenette was spartan with the essentials of dishes - for cooking there were some pots that were sufficient for the number of people. The area and the direct access from the house to the water read for walking and lingering - certainly very nice in summer. The city is also very close in a 5-minute drive away...you get everything you need there and there are wonderful corners.

Your place is really nice overall. House is located 1st row to the sea. The view from the balcony/living room with direct sea view (with sunset) is unbeatable. The equipment was also very good overall, we would have been happy about more water glasses (3 pieces), toilet paper (1 roll) and oven gloves. Everything is modern and stylish. We haven't received the billing yet, but I find that gas, water and electricity is charged extra, I find it unusual. Wendtorf itself is a small tranquil place ... there are beautiful flat beaches, snacks and the marina. In addition, there is a very nice bike rental and a surf shop within walking distance of the property (I highly recommend renting a sup). An Edeka is also in the village. We had (due to corona) deliberately decided on a quiet place and it was really fantastic. For restaurants and more action you can comfortably cycle to La Boe. We would definitely recommend the place and hope we can come back soon.

Everything worked out, the children could walk alone or cycle across the dike. Unfortunately, dish soap and sponge were not provided.

The cottage is located just behind the dike, so you have a great view of the water - especially through the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the water. The kids were able to get out the door and play right out the door. The location was very quiet, and we also didn't get any noise from the construction site a few hundred meters away. The house is sufficiently large, we were there with five people. A few board games were also available and the kitchen equipment is good, as well as the bathrooms. Everything was clean and very well maintained The contact with the staff from the Dancenter (pick up and drop off keys) was really great - the staff were very kind, in a good mood and gave us some tips. We were definitely able to enjoy our stay very much!

We booked this cottage for the 2nd time as a family. Everything clean and tidy, very nice reception - even a bottle of wine and juice was ready. There are enough dishes, etc. We were happy to use the canoe and we will be happy to come back.

A special place to stay! The house is beautiful and modern, with many technological gadgets that make the stay extra comfortable. The pool and trampoline are absolutely gold for children and adults alike. Inga, the friendly host, is very helpful and always ready to answer questions, even after an extensive tour. It is also nice to know that she is staying on the same property, only 25 meters away, which offers extra reassurance. Please note that (during the period we stayed here) there were a lot of mosquitoes and wasps. The house is of course located directly on the forest. This is good to know for future guests. All in all a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend for 2 adults with kids!

Vivien was just great, extremely friendly and straightforward. Communication was also very good. The villa has everything you need, and you feel right at home. I'd love to come back.

Very nice and likeable hostess, good location and very nice large house

This place was perfect for us, as a family gathering in Hamburg, where we could spend time in the garden and dinner table, rather than have to use a restaurant. If that's what you're looking for, I can recommend this: it's not the cheapest property, but if you have 6+ guests, you can make up for that by cooking and eating in. and the house is in a nice, quiet area of Bergedorf. Vivian was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and matched the description. There is a first floor bedroom and bathroom suitable for elderly guests, and plenty of room upstairs to spread out. The kitchen had supplies (e.g. cooking herbs and spices) ready for us. There's a dining room table large enough for eight guests. The garden is peaceful and has seating for everyone. Yes, it's a lived-in home, which means there are a few minor inconveniences. Minor -- imagine you rented out your own home, there would be quirks that you've learned to live with. Same here. Overall, Vivian keeps a great property.

Unfortunately, the pool was blocked for hygiene for most of the holiday. Everything else was really great.
