The apartment is completely freshly renovated, all interior items, furniture and appliances are brand new. It's nice to stay in the apartment, it fully corresponds to the photos and the description. I will definitely come back here again.

My friends and I were very happy with our stay in such a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable night. Also, there were no problems with check-in - everything is easy and without complex organizations in a limited period of time. Free breakfast in Karma coffee is a super bonus. The only caveat is that it is only for two, so if you plan to stay a bigger company, be aware. Ah, and also a musical column without bluetooth, but these are already nuances) The place is cool - I recommend it.

The holiday in Molfar was just perfect, the house and location in reality are much cooler than in the photos. There you will be in absolute privacy with nature, no unnecessary noises, only you, the forest and the mountains. The hosts have taken care that you don't need anything while relaxing there. The house has all the amenities, the Internet works perfectly for such an area, spring water flows from the tap, which you can really drink and not worry about well-being. Be sure to read the history of the house on instagram, so you will even better feel the vibe of this place. There are several village shops nearby where you will find everything you need, but if you are away for a few days, it is better to buy groceries in the city. I sincerely recommend this place, we fell in love with all our hearts and will definitely come back again!

The place is cool, very large, cool view from the balcony, we were brought drinking water, allowed to leave later, the house was warm when it was cold and so on. There are a bunch of toilets and showers in the house -- we counted at least 6 but there are even more. There are many additional services - firewood (we had enough for 2 times for a company of 10 people) for 400 hryvnia, taxis at the standard price for Vorokhta - 200 UAH, breakfasts are also prepared for a separate payment and more. Cons if they were, it's very minor. Keep in mind that it's not close to the center, so it's better to arrange a taxi with your host. Definitely recommend to everyone, I hope to come again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy home! The fireplace made for such a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the clear instructions for everything in the house made our stay seamless. The linens and towels were spotless, as were the bathroom and kitchen, which was also well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and recharge, surrounded by peace and nature. A short 20min drive to Bukovel and some great restaurants within 10 minutes made exploring the area easy. There’s also a nearby bus stop for convenience, though we didn’t use it. Thank you for hosting us in such a lovely space – we truly appreciated the thoughtful decor and the tranquility of the surroundings.
