Das Landhaus Marie ist weit mehr als bloß eine Unterkunft. Du hast ein ganzes Haus nur für dich. Hier ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, zum Abschalten, zum zur Ruhe kommen. Keine Lärmbelästigung, kein wirklicher Autoverkehr, dafür Nächte, in denen es noch dunkel wird. Neu: Das Grundstück ist nun komplett eingezäunt. Der nächste Supermarkt (Demmin) ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Für das Nötigste gibt es eine alten "Konsum" im Nachbardorf. Hier ein Auto zu haben, ist so gesehen, ein Vorteil.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 55 m2 groß, aufgeteilt in einen Wohnraum, Schlafraum, Küche und Bad. Neukalen, ein kleiner verträumter Ort an der Peene mit Wasser-Zugang zum Kummerower See, der zum Relaxen und zum Aktivurlaub einlädt: Radeln, Bootfahren, Angeln, Surfen und Segeln, Baden sowie Spaziergänge in unberührter Natur. Gutes Essen gibt es am Hafen, in den Bistros und in verschiedenen Ausflugsrestaurants. Auf unserem kleinen Hof können Sie den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

The apartment is located in an old rectory, which has been lovingly restored. The historic character is also expressed in the interior through the half-timbered structure. The spacious property is ideal for vacations with family, friends, workshops with colleagues, yoga retreats or cozy togetherness by the fireplace.

Apfelhof Neu Tellin

Our farm is located between the cities of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollense Valley. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike rides (including the Ice Age Route) and paddle tours (Tollense). There is a swimming facility for swimmers on the Tollense about 500 meters away.

From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky as well as the choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the nearby lake.

Am Wald, auf dem (Natur-)Grundstück der Vermieterin und in einem Sackgassendorf liegt das kleine, nach baubiologischen Grundsätzen renovierte Ferienhäuschen. Die Familie und die Gäste treffen sich hin und wieder im Garten, die Privatsphäre ist aber trotzdem gegeben.
