Welcome to Strandängens Lya on the outskirts of Osby! (Read the entire listing!) Here you have views over Osbysjön from the living room, bedroom & sauna! The home is located in our garage (model larger). The stair to the sleeping loft is via the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is bike path almost all the way. Read the “listing” tab regarding children as guests. Bed linens and cleaning can be booked for an extra fee.

Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

There is salt and pepper in the cottage. A super cozy timber cabin in the woods. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. The cabin is around 50 m² and sleeps 5 persons with 2 single beds and 2 double beds to choose from. Firewood, maps, sauna, rowing boat etc is all inclusive & dogs are of course welcome too!
