Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for establishing both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km , an old city center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are at home!

Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring fishing rod for fishing, or the binoculars to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds passing through. Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches.
