Fantastic position 200 m from the ferry dock, allows guests to easily navigate and quickly reach the facility. The house is surrounded by high, stone walls that guarantee complete privacy.The garden is full of Mediterranean plants in which there is a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher, fish market, sports ground,bakery).

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower.
