This unique villa is located near to the beach and city center. This is a perfect place to spend unforgettable holiday with your family and friends. Our guests can relax in private sauna and jacuzzi. The complete villa is air-conditioned. The villa consist of three bedrooms , and one bedroom has its own bathroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen. Our property is 30-minutedrive from the airport and a 15-minute drive from Zadar. Our guests have free parking place , grill and 5 bicycles.

Villa Jakov is located in Murvica Donja, only 5 km from the city of Zadar. You will rest in a peaceful environment, while the hustle and bustle of the city and entertainment are only a few kilometers away from you! The villa was built in a rustic style, while its interior is decorated with a beautiful and modern design. It is 8 km from the sea, while the nearest cafes and restaurants are only 500 meters away. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate 6 people.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment

It is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays enjoying peace, clean sea,Mediterranean food and friendly locals.,and is only 50m away from the sea. Nearby is the famous sandy beach Sakarun and Telašćica Nature Park.

Grandpa Mate House

Back in 1930, after leaving Dragove to work in New York , grandpa Mate built a beautiful house opposite the old one in harmony with nature surroundings. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.
