Our house is a newly restored original stone building in the center of Foça, close to everything. It is the house where I was born. There is a large hall at the entrance and 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. All materials used consist of first class wood and stones. All electronic equipment and central system are air-conditioned and each room has a separate appliance. There is a well-efficient air-conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is available continuously with an electric water heater.

Mualla House is a perfect getaway for those who are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday among olive trees. In touch with nature, this house is located just 10 minutes from the sea, full of a fully equipped kitchen and magnificent views. In our garden, you will have the opportunity to spend time with our loving cats and dogs. However, we would like to remind you that it may not be a suitable stay for our guests who are not open to contact with animals. THIS HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN!
