Lovely beach house at Komi in southern Chios (A)

The two-room apartment is a beautiful family-friendly beach home in the town of Komi, exactly opposite the sandy beach with no cars passing by. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages). It is a very quiet beach on a daily basis except from the weekends as it becomes popular due to the restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and has got everything to make your stay enjoyable.

Venetico View is a new holiday home, with magnificent views just above the exotic Vroulidia beach. In the private courtyard and area with mastic trees the visitor can enjoy the absolute tranquility, while very close to the car is the famous beach "Mavra Volia" and the best organized beach of Chios "Komi". The house has been built and crafted with handmade constructions by the owner and all rooms overlook the sea and the small island of Venetiko.
