Furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. There are fully equipped kitchen utensils. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi beach clubs. 2 min to Çeşme center. 15 min to Alaçatı center. My house has a sauna, sports equipment, and a jacuzzi. The windows opening to the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.
