Monthly Rentals in Jackson Park, Chicago

This was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay while visiting our son in Chicago.

Stayed here for a month while waiting to move into our apartment. Place was clean and spacious. Even when we found there wasn't a can opener, Jamal was responsive and purchased and delivered it to us. Only hesitation I would have is if you are trying to work remotely with more than one person, the halls can echo and there are not work spaces in the rooms.

Andy's basement studio was exactly what I needed during my 4 week stay. it had everything I needed. though it's in the basement of a home with other rental units, you get the whole basement sized suite to yourself, with great vintage decor. It's quite a charming place to come back to from work and you feel safe and secluded It stays relatively cool compared to outside so it's comfortable in the warm seasons. Andy was great as well, very communicative and accommodating.

The apartment is located in the basement of Bennet and Jo-Lin's house. It is a very nice place with all the amenities described in the ad. Bennet and his family are friendly and nice people. Always ready to respond to any need. You will have an apartment with one bathroom (with a large shower), kitchen, space to relax with sofa and TV, bed and small walk-in closet. Although it was winter with cold temperatures the house was always very well heated. The entrance is private and easy to access. Everything is very well organized. The location is perfect if you need/want to visit UChicago. To get to the center is very easy thanks to the many possibilities: bus, metro, train. When I’ll come back to Chicago I really hope this apartment will be available.
