Newly built vacation home on a direct water or beach property "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen for ideally 2-5 people. The direct view of the water is possible from the bed and the living room. Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of our own home. You have your own entrance via a separate external staircase. A parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, just the way we like it. Except for our very cozy kitchen chairs (!), everything is new! No old children's room furniture, old mattresses or anything like that... You have free Wi-Fi and in each room a TV, some with Blu-ray players. You will find a few books, games

On four floors, a top renovated home was created, in which old elements of the water tower were stylishly integrated. Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! The house is an outbuilding and is located on my small farm. You have the house all to yourself. From the covered conservatory terrace you have an amazing view of fields, meadows and forest. It is a place to switch off and relax.
