Everything is crooked & lopsided and low! Back-to-basic, cozy chatter instead of beeps but with infrared sauna. Lovely to relax before you roll into the nice double bed. To wake up in the morning with (or by) the smell of freshly baked rolls (bakery around the corner). Here you forget the hectic and stress of everyday life!

Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Mitten in der Natur und doch zentral (unweit von Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Lüttich) Wir vermieten auf unserem Hof (Eynattener Mühle) eine 70qm Wohnung mit seperatem Eingang, bestehend aus einer großen Wohn-Essküche, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem kleinen Wohn-Schlafzimmer Einzelbett 185 x 85 (Klappbett 90x200 auf Anfrage) einem Badezimmer. Es ist Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 1 Baby (Babybett vorhanden). Ein Sitzplatz im Freien, direkt an der Göhle, steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

When the window is open, you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape all the way to the Red House. We look forward to seeing you soon. The apartment has an area of about 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation in 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. On request, a crib and a highchair can be provided. The terrace at the back belongs to the apartment. There is a covered seating area as well as a ping-pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children can also play in the garden.
