Located 3 minutes from the train station on foot and 10 minutes from the city center, our house welcomes you in a quiet and peaceful environment at the end of a small cul-de-sac. You will be close to all the cultural and sports activities that our city can offer (castle, caves, museum, tennis, kayaking, horseback riding). Châteaudun, whose castle is the first of the Loire Castles, opens the doors to Touraine and its famous sites (Chambord, Blois, Chenonceau, Cheverny etc...)

Located in the heart of Châteaudun, a historic town, this country-style retreat, with a warm and intimate atmosphere, with all the contemporary comforts is there to welcome you. The ground floor has a large living area with entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen opening onto a wooded courtyard not overlooked. 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. Alone, as a couple, on a business trip, or with family... you can stay in peace and quiet and at your own pace.

In the park of La Duchaylatière of about 2 hectares landscaped and wooded (which has just received the Label Parcs et Jardins Centre Val de Loir), you will discover a cottage for 4 people of about 130 m2 (far from the main house). A private outdoor terrace, with living room, garden table and BBQ. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool of 15 X 4 M . This place is ideal for relaxing, strolling in an exceptional garden with century-old oaks and visiting the Region.

House entirely designed for couples who want to come and relax together in a relaxation area with private hot tub and sauna. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, close to downtown Châteaudun. King-size bed, linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. Its entrance also allows you to safely store bicycles.

Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

This spacious air-conditioned house is step-free, with a large living room, bedroom and shower room. This accommodation is for 2 people. If using the sofa bed in the living room, there is an additional charge of €20 for the stay. It is located in the countryside and in the middle of the fields, tranquility, calm, fresh air and wind are part of everyday life.
