The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! We had a great stay at Ivo's house! The house is cozy and fully equipped with everything you need. It is located in a very peaceful area surrounded by forests and hills. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Ivo was very helpful and always available to answer questions and provide local tips. I highly recommend it!

Sergej.... Your place is amazing. We enjoyed our visit emmensely. Would definately come by again. Was great to have a BBQ in your garden, with the view of the river. The garden cottage was fantastic and we enjoyed our BBQ dinner there. I love the sound of running and the cool breeze that cools the hot summer days. You have a GEM there. Everything we needed was there. The only thing my wife missed was a toaster... :) The sun-room is a super addition to the house. Can only imagine spending time there in winter with the fireplace active. So, to anyone else wishing to spend time here.... you would love it. Go ahead, make your booking. Marko and Adel and family and Toffee our dog (Jack-Russell)

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, well-equipped and charming house in the mountains. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. Hiking trails start right from the house, the restaurants in the surrounding villages are great and soaking in the hot tub while stargazing was a lovely experience. Barbara and her family are such kind and forthcoming hosts. Everything is super clean and exactly as in the description and fotos. We warmly recommend a stay here and would be happy to come back! Thanks again Barbara for being such a great host.
