We were at Carmen's for the second time. We liked it so much the first time that we booked the accommodation again. I can highly recommend it. Good, quiet location. Perfect for exploring the south of the island by car. The apartment offers everything you need. The rooftop terrace is great. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice apartment, very clean with a magnificent view of Sotavento beach from the living room and balcony. Quiet residence, no noise. The parking in front of the residence is a little small but it is possible to park a little higher. Our host, Luca, was available and very friendly, ready to help us with any problem.

This was the second time we have stayed at David’s place and it didn’t disappoint. The really large balcony has lovely views of the pool and the sea. Great pool and this year the restaurant has opened next to the pool which made our stay even better. Thanks again for a great stay

Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need for visitors, amazing view , beautiful sunrise every day. A lot of privacy, the expressway is not far from the parking lot, so everywhere relatively close when you have a car. A clean pool, it's a pleasure to use.

Quiet apartment, close to the beach, everything you needed was on site. Terrace on the ocean side, with a view, sunrise and until late noon you can sunbathe. ❤️ We are very pleased with our stay. Mrs. Iris is helpful, check-in without any problems, even if we had a slight delay with transport (lockbox with keys and self check-in). Thank you for the bottle of red wine to welcome us! Costa Calma itself - nearby shops, pubs with local Tapas, places with live music, car rental I ❤️ recommend!

The accommodation is beautiful, exactly as described. Almost directly on the sea. The landlords were very nice and the communication was very friendly and relaxed. We enjoyed the time very much, thank you🥰

Great apartment with a view across the sand dunes to the sea. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in an Air B&B! The apartment is light and airy, the lounge area is comfy, blankets are provided for the colder nights stargazing from the balcony. The bathroom has a decent shower too. The beach is a short drive (2 mins) or walk 10-15 mins away and you can see a wonderful sunrise from the beach or the balcony. There are small supermarkets 10 mins drive away in Costa Calma or a larger supermarket about 20 mins south. A great place to stay if you're seeking some rest and relaxation.

I had a lovely stay in the apartment, it is conveniently located 5/10min walk from Morro Jable beach which is beautiful. The apartment has everything you need to live, and it was very clean.

We stayed with Chada for the 2nd time and felt right at home in this tastefully furnished apartment like the first time. We enjoyed the spacious outdoor terrace with outdoor shower and various comfortable seating options every day. Contact with Chada is quick and easy. We fully recommend Chada. P.S. : in the house there is a restaurant (LAPA) with delicious food and a very nice service.

Our stay at the place was beautiful! The accommodation is in a great location, the value for money is great and there were detailed instructions regarding the Airbnb in advance. We are very satisfied!

Beautiful apartment, had everything that you could wish for. We loved sitting on the balcony having our breakfast in the morning with the stunning views of the beach (which was just a few steps away). The Costa Beach restaurant was very close and offered good food at a reasonable price with live music some evenings. Nightlife in Costa Calma is very low key though. My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable but I was absolutely fine with it, so just a personal preference thing I think. The pillows weren't the best but that is honestly the only negative, everything else more than exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Rolf met with us personally during the check-in and he was very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for 3 weeks from February 17, 2025. The space fully lives up to what you could want in general. Lovely with possibility for heating via air conditioning in the living room. There is only one large bed linen, not separate duvets, which we Scandinavians are used to, why we bought 2 quilts that we left. We used the garden table as a dining table, as the fixed kitchen table is somewhat high for regular dining chairs. There is no view from the living room, as there is a neighboring clock just outside the window, which is not apparent from the prospectus. No direct access to the enclosed terrace you have to go through the bathroom, no problem, just orientation. On the other hand, the covered terrace in front of the home, there was morning sun, shelter and views, as it often blew a lot from the west on the enclosed terrace, as well as shade in the morning. A home we've been very happy with and would love to come back to, it meets most requirements for longer stays.

Really enjoyed the time spent in Holidays house. really clean, well kept, attention to details, lovely jacuzzi nice and powerful. beautiful patio, super quite and relaxing area. car parking private and very safe, super easy check in. I would Recommend it to anyone, families or couples and even friends!

We like to thank Olga for showing us around and greeted us when we arrived. We highly recommend this Property and the owners of this stunning Villa Ben and Lee were amazing and made us feel very welcome while we stayed at their apartment. We had the best experience with the heated pool and the hot tub was a special treat, we loved it. The panoramic Sea and Mountain View’s were simply breathtaking, the location peace and tranquility was beyond our expectations. The apartment is very modern and had everything we needed. We will be recommending this fabulous property to family and friends and can’t wait to return ourselves very soon. We had a great time as always (were in the accommodation for the 3rd time). The house is great, Pedro a wonderful host and you always feel undisturbed and at home. One of the best airbnb apartments I've ever been to. So much investment and thought about the details. I really liked the hammock porch, the bathtub, the linens that smelled wonderful and the decor.

The accommodation is much better than in the photos, everything is taken care of in detail. The intimacy and comfort you have in this accommodation is unique. We'll be back for sure !
