It includes: WiFi, 2 smart TV in living room and in sleeping area (channels in Spanish, German, English), safe-deposit box, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, pots, dishes, sheets, blankets, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, air conditioning. It is designed to accommodate 2 people, possibly with children (maximum 2). The building is equipped with elevators, but you have to take the stairs for the last floor.
