Family-friendly holiday rentals in Jangan-gu

Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ich würde wieder bei ihm buchen.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

Vivi was so nice and friendly. Our family had to stay at and airbnb because we had to have construction at our place, and Vivi's place made us feel very comfortable like our home! Thank you so much again!

A family of four stayed nicely. The place was quiet and had everything worked - fridge, AC, heater, hot water. Those who like to use public transportation, this is the right place.

Had a wonderful stay! The room itself was very clean and the location of the place was perfect as it was very close to the train station, the subway station, and the bus stop. The building was also very well maintained and check in instructions were all very clear. Would love to stay again soon!

Very clean, calm and cozy

3박4일 교육차 왔는데 모텔 장박보다 빨래등 가능하니 특히 땀많이나는 여름철에 옷많이 챙길필요가 없어서 좋네요~^^ 생각했던것보다 더 넓고 깔끔했습니다~! 잘 쉬었다 갑니다~^^

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is excellent, with easy access to both metro and bus stations, and there are tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The space itself has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could use attention. The outside staircase is missing a handrail on one side, which might be a safety concern for some guests. Inside, the ceiling could use a bit of cleaning, and we noticed some maintenance issues with the sink, shower, and bathroom as they were leaking. With a few repairs and a bit of upkeep, this place could be a fantastic spot.

Without a doubt, a beautiful home! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was so comfortable and inviting. Everything about the stay made it easy to relax and enjoy, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the house. I truly appreciate the host’s hospitality and communication—definitely a wonderful place to stay in! Thanks again.

We stayed with Mr. Dong for about 3 weeks with my sister and it was a great place to stay for the price. Even though it is a semi-basement, there is plenty of natural daylight which is a big advantage. Mr. Dong's place was very clean and has literally everything you need for everyday life. We stayed in December when it was quite cold outside. Mr. Dong's place was always warm as there are heated floors throughout the apartment which is great. We always felt comfortable there. Each bedroom has its own desk which made it a good place to work remotely. A small issue for us was the internet quality. Even though there were several Wi-Fi networks in the apartment, they did not always work as they should, but overall I would rate the internet quality as satisfactory. Mr. Dong's extremely caring attitude towards guests deserves special mention - he is always responsive and very easy to communicate with. Recommended stay for the price.

신랑 코엑스 수업 때매 애랑 같이 서울로 가게 되었네요.위치 좋고 가격 저렴하여 여기로 선정했습니다. 애라서 침대에 자면 떨어질까봐 걱정했는데 침구류가 완전 많아 바닥에 깔고 잤습니다^^.위치가 정말 좋고 (근처 순대국 맛집 많음 1층은 명륜진사갈비 ㅎㅎ 넘 맛나요! 지하철도 가까워요 롯데월드 걸어서 갔어요) 가격도 저렴하여 너무 만족합니다^^ 다음에 또 들릴게요^^친절한 사장님 항상 건강하세요~!

Very comfortable stay. Ample towels, linens, toilet paper, tissues, dishes, etc. it had everything I needed and more. The neighborhood was good location and within walking distance to different locations. Easy for Uber to get to. Shinki was very responsive with any questions I had and notified me of construction on the building ahead of time. I found the place to look better in person than in pics too.

Great place to stay! We loved the location and the host was so kind, informative, and clear with her instructions. This place is great to stay at if you are traveling with a big family because it has 3 rooms! Thank you for the lovely stay :)

Place was fantastic! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Boss was very accommodating and provided great local tips. We can’t wait to come back! & our host also provide us the sweet local watermelon for us🥳, Korea is Good❤️

This accommodation is perfectly located in the heart of Itaewon – very central and ideal for exploring the city. You can reach many places on foot, and the subway is just a short walk away. There are also countless restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to the host, who was incredibly kind and helpful. When the airline failed to deliver our luggage on time, he personally received it from the delivery service and informed us right away. That level of support made a huge difference and really helped us feel cared for. All in all, a fantastic place to stay – great location, excellent service, and a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The owner was very responsive and is always willing to help. The accommodation had everything we needed and was kept in very good condition. It was located around 5-7 minutes walk from the subway station and around 10 minutes from a popular tourist/shopping area.
