Wonderful experience from start to finish! It all happened exactly as described on the listing. The apartment is extremely cozy, well taken care and ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality. The swimming pool deserves special attention: wide, very clean and with a super pleasant temperature — even at night the water was delicious, looking even heated. The location is also excellent, with easy access to several beaches in the region. The host was impeccable: super attentive, professional and always available to assist with any questions. This made all the difference in our stay. Without a doubt, I intend to return and recommend with my eyes closed!

Great accommodation, sophisticated environment, clean, well equipped and with pleasant decoration. The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Karina responds quickly and has been very solicitous despite the fact that I don't even need to contact you after check in. I intend to return soon and would recommend to anyone.

I want to thank Mr. Tulio, it was a great pleasure to stay in the apartment. very close to the beach, parking, easy-to-use utensils, air-conditioned environment, nice beds and the view and safety of the balcony with safety nets. There were several restaurants near the apartment, we could walk there easily.

It was a wonder, the super cozy space!! The barbara saved us, we checked in at 23 at night due to unforeseen with another accommodation we had taken… The stay there was amazing, the condominium is super complete and well located.

The house is wonderful, cozy, complete. Comfortable rooms, full kitchen and has a great leisure area. We liked it so much that it was our second time at the house. And we'll come back more often. The host is very attentive and we appreciate the great hospitality. The condominium is quiet, safe, well located.

Marcos and Lilian's house, in addition to being aesthetically beautiful, is also very practical and prepared. A welcoming environment for families, perfect for memorable moments. We booked Casa Mati for a special occasion, so we hired Zil and Stephanie, who spared no effort to make our days the best possible - we started with an excellent regional breakfast and they still took care of lunch and dinner, in addition to making sure that everything was always in order and working. The house is well maintained, located in a gated community, still with few houses built. To access the beach, a car is required, as the condominium is not on the seafront. But the car is necessary to explore the region (beaches, Vilinha Marceneiro, Vila Guajá… etc). I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a beautiful and comfortable retreat in Milagres.

Beautiful and quiet place, a true paradise. The house is as described, with everything we need, very comfortable and well clean. We were very well received with fresh coconut and sweets from the region. We love everything....

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

I highly recommend it ! Everything in that house is beautiful , from the attention of leide that received us and explained everything very lovingly , to gerald that every night was approaching the maintenance of the pool and in what little we understood was always very warm and friendly. It is very close to the beaches for walking. And by car 30 min from maragogi, we were so delighted that sometimes we didn't feel like going to do beaches ! Also there is no need to clarify that the house is a luxury ! From cleanliness to infrastructure and good taste for decoration.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

It has a bike and umbrella service and chairs included. People who work with a condominium are also very friendly. In a radius of 6 km there are great restaurants, a big market and a fishmonger. There are walks to the natural pools with exit from the beach at 50 MTS. We'll miss you 😍

Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. Our stay at Patrícia's (Host) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children as well as being on the sand. Also offers chairs, sun umbrella and table. Making everything more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. It has fixed tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.
