The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the closest of the street on which it is located. This house has been renovated to the fullest respecting its old architecture but oriented to endow it with the current amenities and suitable for the enjoyment of the tenants who occasionally inhabit it.

Sierra de la Demanda La Casa de Chusa 6/13 people VuT

The property (neither a hotel nor a rural house) is a simple, old mansion with 18th-century mountain architecture (steep steps). It is located in a village declared a Site of Cultural Interest. Located in the Sierra de la Demanda. Garden/GRILL . The environment is beech forests, acebos, pines, birch trees and oak trees; it is ideal for hiking. It has a green track, old mining railway, rivers and swamp. This is our second residence.

Winery accommodation

In a privileged setting, right next to our Winery, we offer six spacious rooms with beautiful views of the vineyards and a private bathroom in each one. All rooms feature a balcony, a desk, and bed linen. We also provide towels and all necessary bathroom amenities. The rooms are designed for two guests each, although one of them can be equipped with an extra bed and another with a crib. Maximum capacity: 13 guests + 1 baby.
