The Airbnb matches very well what is shown in the listing photos. It is a small building in the back of the host's house, which has three floors. It occupies the entire first floor, which is lower than the street. Access is through the host's garage, then down a side corridor, and then 13 steps of stairs. There is no elevator. The host lives on the second floor of the house and is always available. Access to Airbnb is restricted to the people listed on the reservation. During our stay the washing machine was broken but there is a self-service laundry a few meters from the Airbnb. The yard is quite spacious and the atmosphere is airy. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had no difficulty cooking lunch. The TV is large and is connected to a stereo complete with three speakers.

Simple house, but it has everything we need. The region is quiet, with a supermarket and pharmacy on the same block. Paulo and his family are very attentive and always available to help us. I recommend the place.
