Villa holiday rentals in Jasenice

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The location of the house with the sea view is great. Since it is directly on the street, you can unfortunately hear the motorcycles in the garden. But down by the sea, it is not so loud and therefore tolerable. We felt very comfortable and even saw dolphins. The equipment is great, the existing SUP is a big plus and allows you to endure very hot days by the sea. Communication was great. There is nothing to complain about and the house is absolutely worth the price. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

There is nothing more the host could possibly of done for us we turned up as clients and left as friends. Mario has this place exceptional and it is a credit to him. The actual villa is better in reality than any photo could show. Antonio across the road was also a very nice person to talk to. Nothing was any trouble for Mario and he helped us many times during our stay helping with boat trip, river adventure as well as restaurants . He even offered up his personal car when our party was splitting for the day. Honestly you will never find a better villa with a mountain side position and views and when you add a Mario(host) to that i believe you will never find a better villa. We did benefit from a hire car and for us this was a must to visit the local areas. There is nothing you will need that this place doesnt have and Mario has thought of everything. Table tennis, Pool table, Video games, board games, and in my oppinion the best heated pool and patio area of all nearby villias.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

The villa was better than the pictures, the views of the sea and mountains were stunning. Kristian was a great host and the check in process was great. He also greeted us with some wine and deserts which was a lovely gesture! It’s a brilliant location with both Split and Trogir a 15 minute drive away and the bars and restaurants of Kaštel Gomilica are a 10 minute walk. I would definitely return if I was visiting the Kaštel area!

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

We had a lovely stay at Anita's house. The bedrooms are very nice and clean. You do need a car to go to the city or the beach. The town nearby does not have much. However, there is a good supermarket within walking distance of the house. We found the pool on the small side, but neat and clean. Bath towels were available. Very nice! Otherwise it was fine.

Thanks for the beautiful time we could spend in your vila. Everything was great, happy to visit again. Exceeded our expectations, fully recommend for the vacation and relax!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

It was really great with Josipa and Mirko Mirko. The two are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, very clean and it was really everything and many more extras than you needed. The area is beautiful and very quiet. There are many shopping opportunities. Absolutely great and not touristy. The locals are nice and helpful. A great vacation Thank you, Josipa and Mirko 🥰

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

This place is amazing! And the hosts, were awesome. I think I may have been the best Airbnb experience we ever had. I loved the setting of the house in the country side. It was the peaceful and beautiful. It’s was centrally located for parks and city’s, but gives you an opportunity to experience more of the countryside side instead of staying in a city. We loved it!
