Villa holiday rentals in Jasenice

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Meerblick ist toll. Da es direkt an der Straße liegt, hört man leider die Motorräder im Garten. Aber unten am Meer ist das nicht so stark zu hören und daher gut erträglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben sogar Delfine sehen können. Die Ausstattung ist super, das vorhandene SUP ist ein großes Plus und lässt einen auch sehr heiße Tage am Meer aushalten. Die Kommunikation war super. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und das Haus ist den Preis absolut wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

In a nutshell: if Antonio's place is available, just book it. This place is all about the views, which were amazing from each level. I've never been to such a well equipped Airbnb. The kitchen had all sorts of cutlery, pots and tupperware which made cooking and serving communal meals easy. Oil etc was provided and the welcome platter was perfect for our first night. The outdoor wood fired BBQ was great too, we used that twice during our stay. Simple things like having an ice machine made everything easy, with the outside fridge we barely had to go inside. All en suite bedrooms was also a great feature, with plenty of towels and amenities. Lots of super markets nearby, we found Kaufland the best for a big shop. Hire cars were a must for is, though we were able to get ubers to and from the villa. The road up is quite steep, and realistically not easily walkable, but that comes with the private view you get at the top which really is panoramic with sunshine from sun rise to sunset

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

Moderne Villa mit einem schönen Pool und Aussenbereich. Wir haben eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet und war makellos sauber. Tanja ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin und war jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

Lors d'un road trip moto depuis la France, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la maison d'Ivan. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement qui est très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Ivan est un hôte très accueillant. Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer Tochter in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet (genügend Handtücher etc.) und ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Villa hat super Meerblick und es gibt einen einfachen Zugang zum Meer. Nachts konnte man auch das Meer hören. Unsere Tochter hat den beheizten Pool und den Jacuzzi sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann einfach entspannen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles war super und perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Ivana war super. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

This house is astonishing! It is very luxurious, with a TV/Cinema room, a playroom, a jacuzzi and sauna, a gym, a heated outdoor pool, a large outdoor dining are (with a TV!), and a basketball court. There is a TV in each room and, moreover, each room has a bathroom. The pictures that you see on the website really do not tell the whole story. I have stayed in various Airbnb apartments/houses in several countries - this one tops it all! Finally, the hosts are very kind and helpful.

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis van Anita. De slaapkamers zijn heel mooi en schoon. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om naar de stad of het strand te gaan. Het plaatsje in de buurt stelt niet veel voor. Er is wel een goede supermarkt op loopafstand van het huis. Het zwembad vonden we aan de kleine kant, maar wel netjes en schoon. Er waren badlakens beschikbaar. Heel fijn! Verder was het prima in orde.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het huis was mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. 4 mooie slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, een mooi zwembad, 2 veranda's in de schaduw, een BBQ. Het ontvangst was erg hartelijk en we waren blij verrast met wat koude drankjes en vers fruit. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben Ivana en haar broer Marin ons leuke tips gegeven over de omgeving. De ligging van het huis is prima; stranden, restaurants en supermarkt in de directe omgeving.

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Marijana was an amazing host, she responded to every query so quickly. She was so helpful recommending places for us to go, taxi companies, supermarkets, just everything. The villa was incredible, very clean, & comfortable. Lots of appliances, fridge space, boards for dining. She has just thought of it all. We came as a group of 8 girls & villa is more than great value for money! We will definitely be returning! Thank you ☺️

Es war wirklich toll bei Josipa und Mirko Mirko. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles und noch viele Extras mehr da, als man gebraucht hat. Die Gegend ist schön und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind viele vorhanden. Absolut toll und nicht touristisch. Die Einheimischen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Ein toller Urlaub Vielen Dank Josipa und Mirko 🥰

Wir haben uns mit 5 Personen in der wie beschrieben Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die uns auch in warmen Sommernächten bei angenehmer Temperatur schlafen ließ. Zudem bietet der Pool eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Unterkunft ist vom Flughafen aus in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt. Mit dem Auto sind es etwa 15-20 Minuten bis nach Zadar.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit im SevenOlives-Haus von Daniela! Wir haben noch nie einen so herzlichen Empfang in einem AirBnb. Daniela und ihr Mann haben uns mit frischem Obst, Getränken und Leckereien aus der Gegend begrüßt. Das Haus war unfassbar sauber und wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Es ist ausreichend Besteck vorhanden und alles was man zum kochen braucht. Die ganze Einrichtung ist extrem liebevoll gestaltet und mit vielen Details versehen. Man sieht, dass sich jemand extrem viel Mühe gemacht hat. Überall stehen Blumen und selbst die Seifen sind mit dem SevenOlives-Logo versehen. Es sind mehr als ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Auch der Pool war schon beheizt und extrem sauber! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der ein bisschen Ruhe sucht. 😊

Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der gerne abseits von Touristenmassen entspannen möchte. Haben den Großteil unsererzeit in der Villa verbraucht, da es hier wirklich an nichts fehlt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gastfreundschaft und die gefühlte 24/7 Erreichbarkeit. Hatten an einem Feiertag ein Problem und selbst dann konnte uns Vjekoslav weiterhelfen. Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft!
