Holiday rentals with a patio in Java

Happy to stay here. Before arrival, the host gave clear instructions. Indeed, for those who are not used to staying in apartments, it takes adaptation but it's not a big deal because the San Living team is very helpful. Appreciation for Mas Benny, Kak Wiwi for the quick response. I really like the bunk bed in the family room. Very comfortable. Especially since some of the mattresses are solid mattress types so they are comfortable on the back. When it's night, it's very pleasant to walk on the connecting roof to Taman Anggrek Mall. Overall, a great staycation at Spazio. I hope to visit again.

Great Experience stay in here, and also clean

The place was as described in the listing. All the hosts were responsive to my questions. It was very easy to check in and out, considering we had a late check in and an early check out. It was easy to book grab from the place.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

A great place to stay with your big family. It cater to all range from senior to a kid stay. Place was clean, they provide water & most of what you need in the kitchen (salt, soy sauce, oil & even snacks. Pak heri, the housekeeper was a great help for us. He waited for us to check in and check out conveniently. We are sure to come back again!

Loveliest place, especially for a family getaway. Feels like finding a peaceful, Japanese gem all the way in the middle of Bandung. The onsen-style bath is what stood out, and the tatami room is such an authentic touch. The host Januar is very friendly, and the caretaker of the house Pak Didin is super helpful. Don’t miss out on their bonfire offering. Thank you, we had the best time! Ps: Although the neighbourhood is lovely, clean and generally quiet, but it seems that there are some constructions around when we stayed there. Not a deal breaker for us, but for future guests who might be sensitive to noise maybe ask the host before booking.

We were very happy and really enjoyed staying at Villa Lagita, the villa is very nice, clean, the unit is well maintained like at home, the cooking equipment is complete, the place is quiet. Mrs. Lagita is very kind and responds to every question well, Pak Jay's housekeeper also serves us well. The beach is also very close, just a short walk across the street. very close to Cafe Pandan beach Carita, in the afternoon you can enjoy the beautiful sunset here It is often said that there is a shortage of water, this villa has a storage reserve for water storage, so if the usage is right, it will not experience water shortage. If you want a vacation to Carita, don't hesitate to book this unit.

Such an amazing experience to stay in Namuya! easy access ,clean, comfy, full of facility, feels like home and they have a private pool also. Admin was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely come back to Namuya!

Staying here honestly felt like visiting a beloved aunt or a distant relative—you get that warm welcome right away and never feel like a stranger. The place is super clean, cozy, and just has that “home” vibe. The host is the owner and was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Also, if you’re bringing pets, this place is amazing—my three lovely dogs was so happy here, one of them didn’t even want to leave! 🤣 Would love to stay again for sure. Thank God you can feel gathering and staying with your family at this villa fanade.. from the interior and exterior everything feels luxurious and in accordance with the photos that are applied.. Check-in or checkout services are all easy,, admin (mba Maya) is very responsive and very good at answering all the questions provided.. the villa keeper is also very nice and friendly.. it looks like it will be one of the holiday inn destinations back home later..thank you fanade..

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

the location of the apartment is in a resort expert, in front of it there is a dago terrace cafe.. but unfortunately the pool is under repair.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.
