Offering 2 beautiful patios (1 as a private parking and 1 as an outdoor dining area with 2 sun lounges, outdoor barbecue grill and electric darts) 2 rooms (3 beds) 1 bathroom with washing machine, clothes rack and heated towel rail, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living room with dining area, tv, WiFi and fire place. The apartment is very bright and has a balcony where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. It is 1 km from the town center and 2 km from the beach, and we can also walk there (5 minutes to the town and 15 minutes to the beach). Bus stop right in front of the house. A very cozy and quiet atmosphere.

A 40/5 mbps Internet connection is available by both WiFi and Ethernet ports for those working remotely. The house is located at 650 m above sea level.
